heavy heart

Lately..my hearts been heavy not because of what i've said or done but what people have told me. My mind is filled up like the 405 on its busiest day. Why is it this way? I don't know.

My hearts heavy because i dont know....my minds filled because i don't know...

i want to vent but don't know what words to say.
